Andy is the Managing Director of Serviium, a managed service provider helping growing organisations scale with enterprise-grade IT support, cybersecurity, and modern workplace solutions.
With over 20 years' experience in enterprise IT and managed services, Andy has held senior roles across the technology sector. He began his career at RM, spending twelve years helping schools, colleges, and local authorities modernise their IT infrastructure, before moving to Cisilion, where he delivered managed networking solutions through partnerships with Cisco, NetApp, Juniper, Riverbed, SolarWinds, and VMware. He later joined Easynet Global Services, managing channel partnerships.
Andy spent almost eight years at PAVilion, progressing from Account Director to Sales Director before becoming Regional Sales Director at iomart following its acquisition of the business. There, he led the integration of multiple sales teams and gained valuable experience supporting organisations through growth and change.
Those experiences shaped Serviium: an MSP built around responsive support, practical advice, and technology that helps businesses grow with confidence.
